“My son has been a patient of Dr. AlJanabi for over two years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Although my son had many complications with maintaining his braces and keeping up with his rubber bands, Dr. AlJanabi remained consistently patient, professional, and very understanding. Anytime a bracket broke off, they replaced it without making us feel terrible despite how finicky and uncooperative my son was. I especially appreciate how encouraging and supportive the staff has been with my son. The staff members are truly a team and it is very evident that they all love working for Dr. AlJanabi and deeply respect him. The office is always clean, efficient and the staff work well together. Five stars all the way for us!”

“I have been a patient of Brooklyn Orthodontics since May of 2015 and their service has been just great! When I walk in the office for an appointment, the receptionists always greet me with a welcoming “Hello! How are you?” which is very nice of them. When I’m getting my braces tightened, they always give advice on how to maintain them and are willing to answer any of your questions. Brooklyn Orthodontics always strive to provide the right service to you as the patient, as the parent of the patient or even the sibling of the patient by putting on a kids’ appropriate movie on and having music playing within the entire office.”

“Dear Dr. Al Janabi & Staff,
Thank you will never be enough for what you all have done for me.  I have been coming to your office for 4+ years.  Treating Alyssa was not a problem at all.  She loves to smile.  Adam is an entirely different patient. When you have a child with special needs, finding a doctor and staff with patience and understanding is the most important thing to me.  I got all of that here.  No matter how hard it was for him or how long it took the girls never complained.  They were always and still are there for me, especially Maria and for that I could never say thank you enough.  It will be hard not seeing them every month.”
Forever grateful,
